 Unlike many of our competitors all our flowers are hand delivered. We are the florists and we make all our arrangements by hand. We don’t have faceless couriers who deliver bland boxes between parcels containing machine-arranged flowers straight from a production line. When you order flowers from us you know an actual florist has lovingly arranged your order.

Special delivery conditions apply to certain locations where a third party is involved such as hotels, hospitals and offices. In such cases, the signature of the person authorised to receive the order shall constitute proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order.

We remind you that flowers are perishable items and advise you to select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for on arrival. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the flowers will either be left at their door or reception, with a neighbour or returned to us. It remains solely your responsibility to ensure the delivery address for the recipient is current and correct and to ascertain that the recipient is available to take delivery of the flowers at the delivery address, unless specific alternative delivery arrangements have been agreed with us. It is not our policy to call before delivery. In case of any delivery problems, we will contact the sender by phone or e-mail, please ensure that you provide us with a valid contact telephone number and email address

Due to the nature of the Internet, conditions outside of our control may affect the use of our website, typical examples of this include, Internet security software such certain firewalls, cookie barriers, and company network restrictions.

·         Orders placed before 1.00 P.M. GMT Monday to Saturday guaranteed the same day delivery (Only London and UK)

·         Orders placed after 1.00 PM GMT will be delivered the following day

·         If you are already placed an order and would like to amend it you can do so by contact us over the phone or via e-mail quoting your order reference number

·         We are closed on Sundays so customers should choose delivery for the day before or day after

·         The same rule applies for Deliveries on the UK Bank Holidays

·         Once you have placed an order and it is accepted, a confirmation e-mail will be emailed to the email address you specified. If you didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail in 30 minutes after placing an order please contact us via e mail info@mementoflowers.com or over the phone 044 207 821 97 00 during our working hours

      *International orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the delivery date

 

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within a time of the few hours. Please include your requested time frame in the special instruction box when ordering. Our normal delivery times are

 

·         9am-5pm for orders going to a business addresses

·         9am-8pm for order to a residence, hotel or hospital

·         9am-3pm for orders going to a school

·         If you require a specific timed delivery please call us on 020 78219700. All timed deliveries usually carry a delivery surcharge.

* During major holidays such a Valentine’s and Mother’s Day we are operating extended   hours and delivery time is 8am-8pm.

·         To help us deliver flowers, we would welcome any additional delivery instructions at the time of ordering. Hand-tied flower arrangements are generally delivered in an aqua pack however we strongly recommend that the flowers are put in a vase with flower food provided immediately upon arrival.

·         All our arrangements come with flower food and a gift card with your personal message

·         To ensure your flowers arrive in the freshest condition, every hand tied bouquet comes with water pack or aqua gel

·         All our products are subject of availability. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.

In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

 

Please ensure you include the company name and full address of the recipient for any deliveries to offices. We are unable to accept orders where full address information has not been supplied.

 

We gladly accept orders requesting delivery to hospitals, however please ensure you include the recipients surname, full address of the hospital and ward name or number on the order form.

Because space and vases are at a premium in hospitals, Hand-tied bouquets or vase arrangements delivered in water are recommended. Unfortunately, hospitals cannot accept planted gifts due to the soil content.

Hospitals do not permit flower deliveries to Intensive Care Units. However some hospitals will place flowers outside the ward for the benefit of visiting families.

 

We gladly accept orders requesting delivery to a hotel. However, when placing your order please ensure you have included the full address of the hotel, telephone number, recipients room number (if known) and name of tour company (if applicable).

 

  Please note that for any funeral order we do need more time so please place your order at least 24 hours before delivery time.
 When you place an order online or via our order hotline, you are able to specify the required flower delivery time. While placing your order, you will be given an option for funeral flowers, which allows you to specify the time of the funeral and name of the deceased.

If the flowers are to be delivered to a funeral director or chapel of rest, please provide as much detail as possible. We will take every care to ensure that your flowers are delivered in a timely manner.

It is important to ensure that you provide a contact telephone number for the intended delivery address, and for yourself should there be any difficulties with your order.

By selecting the option of funeral flowers, we will follow to your specified funeral time and instructions. Please note that any errors in delivery details may delay the delivery of your order, so please ensure that all details are accurate

 

The standard delivery charge for orders to United Kingdom addresses is £5.99 for the same working day delivery and  £ 7.99 for an International orders.
