3 tips to dress-up your dinner table

Dressing up the table for a family meal can transform a tired evening routine and spark a certain “je ne sais quoi”. Whatever the occasion and perhaps you don't even need one, table dressing is easy and fun, particularly if you use our London flower delivery service to simplify the project.

1. Choose a theme

Dressing a table to a theme is fun and a great starting point to create a special evening. If you don't have a theme, it can be hard to know where to start. Once you have decided on a theme, you can use it to decide on what to cook too. You can think of a theme using inspiration from a loved movie, a colour scheme, a person/ personality the family loves/ hates, a country, a fashion style, an era, or even a music genre.

2. Create a glorious centrepiece
